Learn to read commercial patterns and gain essential sewing vocabulary by creating this kimono-style wrap robe. Pattern is unisex so you can sew it for yourself or your better half. Never be intimidated by a sewing pattern again!

2-session class taught by Renee Valenzuela.

What you need to bring
- Kwik Sew #3177 Unisex Robe pattern
- 1/4 yard fusible interfacing
- Thread to match your fabric
- lightweight woven cotton fabric, prewashed:
     - 3 yards if 60" wide OR
     - 4 yards if 45" wide

Basic Sewing Kit
(available for purchase at Common Thread)
- Fabric shears
- Glass or stainless steel headed pins
- Tape measure
- Tailor's chalk
- 2” transparent ruler
- Seam ripper
- Thread snippers
- Hand sewing needle
